I'm watching a lot of stuff lately instead of hanging out on social media and trying to progress with IRL stuff too. Again, returning to the source of my recent traumas set me back for a little, but I think I'm starting to get over it. I don't have to see my blood-family until Christmas.

Until then, here is a little recap what i watched lately.

::: TRIGUN (1998) :
I'm so glad I gave another chance for this anime and finally was able to finish this. Entertaining and was invested the whole time.
::: Pulp Fiction (1994):  This was a movie I only saw through memes, but now I finally watched it. Made me looked up the origins of the literature genre too.
::: Total Eclipse (1995) : Sadly this is the movie I could only watch with native dub, given the dvd did not include any kind of subtitles, not even english. Anyway I loved this era of French literature so revisiting it through the movie felt nice and the toxic yaoi between Verlaine and Rimbaud was just delicious to watch.
::: Big Eyes (2014): Watching more and more movies playing in the '60s US makes me understand why people are jumpy about the slightest appearance of sexism in media and why today's leftists from the US are idolizing the soviets regarding feminism (please don't do that, working yourself to death is not feminism).

::: Yondemasu yo Azazel-san OVA 1-4 (2010-2014): Imagine you have to watch this with someone with more social sensitivity and you have to explain why you find this funny. Anyway, I enjoyed it, it was pure dumb low-stake unhinged idiocy my brain needed to switch off.
::: Queen's Gambit (2020): This series was a gem my girlfriend recommended for me and we binge-watched it under a couple of days, I was so invested in the main character, Elisabeth's journey through success in chess, neurodiverdency and substance abuse. Thank you so much for showing me this <3 But again. US in the '60s. It's so fucked up.
::: The Running Man (2025): This I had a chance watch it in Theatre with dub and I plan to watch it again in original too, because it was just really good. You can buy me kilo by kilo with stories about the propaganda-machine.
::: Primitive War (2025): VIETNAM WAR. WITH DINOSAURS. Friend recommended this for me, thank you very much, I really enjoyed it. <333
::: Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon (2017): This was also an anime I started years ago but these days I have more affinity for watching yuri and girls being cute together, and GOSH WHAT DID I MISS. LESBIAN DRAGON MAID GIRLFRIEND!!! And Kobayashi is such a mood, how could i not loved her back then???
